
Shiatsu is a non-invasive physical therapy (massage & bodywork) that supports and strengthens the body’s natural ability to heal and balance itself. It works on the whole person – not just a physical body, but also a psychological, emotional and spiritual being.
The praxis of shiatsu originated in Japan from traditional Chinese medicine, with influences from more recent Western therapies. Although shiatsu means ‘finger pressure’ in Japanese, in practice a practitioner uses touch, comfortable pressure and manipulative techniques to adjust the body’s physical structure and balance its energy flow. It is a deeply relaxing experience and regular treatments reduce stress and illness and maintain health and well-being. It has both preventative and remedial effects.
Shiatsu is used to treat a wide range of internal, emotional and chronic conditions – such as headaches, digestive disorders, fatigue, insomnia, fibromyalgia, stress, anxiety, musculoskeletal pain, including low back, neck and joint pain – in order to invite full integration of the psycho-physical body. It reduces muscle stiffness, stimulates the skin, aids digestion and influence the nervous system. Fine balancing till reaching the optimum flow. The effect may be stimulating and invigorating or calming and sedative, depending on the goal of the session.
A shiatsu session lasts for about one hour and is given with the person fully clothed, wearing loose-fitting clothes. After an initial talk, the practitioner works on the whole body – gentle pressure is applied with thumbs, palms, knees or elbows; some gentle stretching of the limbs and joint rotations also take place.
There is a dressing room available, so you can change in more loose and light clothes, preferably one made of natural fibers, which you feel comfortable in.

Conscious cooking is a holistic art of cooking according to macrobiotic philosophy and the 5 elements theory & practice. It’s a deep diving into understanding of yin & yang principles, energy quality of different food and practically experiencing it while preparing delicious meal based on individual needs (meal includes seasonal miso soup & main course with organic whole grains & legumes, sea-weed, pickled salad, seeds, and all sorts of vegetables prepared by mating, simmering, frying, blanching or baking – depending on the season/element). This private session lasts for about 3 hours where you get a rare chance to discover secrets behind the well-balanced diet and relationship we have with it. Learn about preventive and medicinal food as a remedy for different ailments. Also, you will get to know about potent potions for rejuvenating and healing the organism from within. We cook together, you get all the guidance into practice (know-how) and then we taste our creation, so we can directly sense the whole process, and digest it literally if you will. Once the understanding is gained in this way, your roadmap for respecting individual needs of your body & mind will be clear of the obstacles that you might had in the first place. The conscious cooking class is held in the fully equipped kitchen with dining table.
All food used in this cooking session is organic, fresh and of the highest quality.

Caution: consciously cooked food tastes and feels so much better, you immediately sense your energy becomes stronger and the difference from the old ways of cooking and preparing food is quite noticeable, so there is a big chance you can become addicted to it. 😉 Don’t worry, learning how to be moderate and mindful about it is also part of your class. 🙂

They are combination of holistic & meditative exercises of meridian stretching (energy flow pathways), alchemical breathing & energy exercises, healing sounds, eyes & face exercises, self-massage & internal organs healing techniques, intentional focus on inner silence and self-regulation on a horizontal & vertical axis of our being. Exercising Do-in, energy flow within a person quickly adapt to optimum psychophysical functioning, thus supporting health, rejuvenation, and self-awareness. A growing sense of vitality, harmony and inner peace is accompanied by experiences that increasingly integrate into a holistic and authentic personal expression.
